Es el gran dilema de los tímidos.Sabemos que queremos avanzar pero que al menor movimiento nos pondremos colorados.
Mientras que pensamos qué hacer, otros ya van tirando.
Un día me encontré con este pimiento.
Era un vergonzoso pero no le importaba enseñarme sus puños en señal de defensa (puesto que su cara no parecía muy agresiva).
Es la clave.
Ponerse rojo es un arma defensiva. Creemos que nos hace débiles frente al contrario porque muestra nuestro temor. ¡Pues no!
Estoy dispuesta a darle la vuelta a la tortilla en este aspecto.
La subida de sangre a la cabeza aumenta el riego al cerebro. Se aceleran nuestras constantes para la reacción física. Y nos deja en estado de alerta mental para la reacción psicológica.
De la vergüenza se puede sacar el ingenio. Si en ese momento piensas "mierda, estoy roja", estas perdido. Sólo es una frase de bloqueo.
No malgastes conexiones neuronales en pensamientos negativos.
Acción-reacción-solución.
Si esto es así, ¿por qué sentí tanto miedo?. ¿Por qué se me olvidó lo más importante? ¿Por qué salí corriendo como una cobarde, sin despedida, sin mirar atrás?
Tal vez porque la teoría es tan fácil como la tabla de multiplicar del 1. En la práctica te sientes como multiplicando por números con decimales.
Tal vez porque soy una persona, no un pimiento, y si me parten en rodajas, lo que me parten es el corazón. Esto es algo que ya no me importa un pimiento.
Tal vez porque es más fácil huir que resistir, evitar que enfrentar.

Escuchando de fondo el tema de Andrés Calamaro: "Loco" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5yxBKCB-Q voy a remontarme a mis épocas de universidad. ¿Sabias que los locos son los más felices?. Xq hacen y deshacen sin importarles "EL QUE DIRÁN" (esa es la clave para mi, hay que ser VALEMADRISTAS, no madridistas), yo es que cuando necesito dialogar en público no me salen las palabras, cuando hay más de una persona me reconcome el estrés, habiendo una sola persona y estando en confianza "puede" que el diálogo me salga fluido. Bueno, ha habido por lo menos 2 ocasiones en las que "memorice" mi diálogo ante una tribuna y me salió perfecto (secretos: oscuridad, valemadrismo, "borracha" de sueño, por decirlo de alguna forma, "sustitutos de adrenalina y coadyuvantes de la misma", "supresores del estrés o del cortisol").
Estoy de acuerdo, los mecanismos de defensa hablan por si solos, nos defienden de un "posible" peligro, de lo que nuestro cerebro considera malo, estresante, de miedo, difícil. Cada cabeza es un mundo, por lo tanto tu mecanismo de defensa solo te hace diferente y eso significa que sacarás "soluciones" propias, que al final de cuentas te permitirán vivir.
Es una cosa de ley de vida, lo que unos tienen y desprecian otros lo desean, pero nadie sabe lo que tiene hasta que lo pierde.
Yo es que no soy conformista, solo soy lo que soy y no me parezco a nadie; saco "provecho" de mis pocos talentos y trato de ser feliz, no me meto con nadie (o eso creo y trato) y a tirar pa lante.
Algún dia los "ultimos" serán los primeros y viceversa. Y es que los tímidos siempre disfrutamos más de los éxitos, de los triunfos (por pequeños que sean) y por tanto, solemos ser más felices. ¿No crees?. ¡Busca y verás!.
Y ser valemadristas no viene mal, ¡hagamosle los honores de vez en cuando! y conquistemos nuestro propio mundo. ;)

El tímido siempre piensa:"si hago esto,pasará aquello,y aquello traerá lo otro y eso no me conviene.Por lo tanto no acometo lo que es de prever que ataque"
A veces se equivoca,pero la gran mayoría de ellas se consolida como una persona segura,y resulta protegido de los males que nos frecuentan.
Por otro lado,el tímido vive en estado casi constante de tristeza(no me refiero a la puramente depresiva),y dependiendo de su capacidad de sufrimiento,aprende a vivir en ese limbo agidulce que es la melancolía,el romanticismo,el enamoramiento crónico de cualquier pequeña cosa que llegue a su retina.
Ha habido en la historia grandes creadores con este rasgo,y si me preguntas:¿si no hubieran sido así,habrían podido hacerlo?
